Why it matters
Anonymous video chat without the trade-off
Most sites make you choose: stay anonymous in a text room where nobody talks to you, or sign up, upload photos and lose the anonymity for a real conversation. Chatta does not ask for that trade. You can have a live, one-on-one conversation with a stranger — video, voice or text — and remain exactly as unnamed as you were when you arrived.

03Is anything recorded?
Calls are not recorded to your device. When a conversation ends, the other person cannot reopen it or find you again unless you both chose to follow each other.
04What does the site itself know?
Enough to run the service and keep it safe: that a session happened, reports, and payment records if you buy coins. The privacy policy spells out exactly what is stored and for how long.
05Can I block someone?
